If you ever had sudden chest pain for no reason, can’t seem to catch your breath and begin sweating, then go to the ER immediately. If not, then go see your family doctor so they ask you a thorough history. It is important for them to distinguish if this pain or symptom is really coming from the heart, or from other close organs like the lungs, stomach, esophagus, pancreas, or liver. You are too young to have a heart condition. If you have a family history of heart problems at early ages, then it is of more concern. In the mean time, if you can still exercise, do so only moderately until you see your doctor to get a proper medical evaluation.
