I am having pain in my right knee. How can I treat this?
I have been practicing for my athletic tournament which is scheduled for next month. I am running seven to eight miles per day. Since two days I am having pain in my right knee. In the evenings my pain increases and I had to reduce my running distance as well. But the pain has increased and I am in distress. How can I treat this? I cannot afford to delay.

You must meet the doctor. It is good that you are running less miles. Take care to eat well and increase the proteins in diet. Sometimes due to lack of muscles and over strain the pain may arise. Meet the doctor and get it diagnosed.
