Does herbal tea help to ease menstruation pain and are they healthy for you? What type tastes the best? I like to start taking those as I am in badly needed of it. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Some herbal teas are great for menstrual pain. Not sure which you're asking about, though. Peppermint's probably pretty good. Dang Gui, or Dong Quai is good too for menstural cramps.
Chinese herbal medicine tends to use formulas rather than single herbs. Safest go-to formula for menstrual cramps is called Si Wu Tang. There are many others, depending on how severe or when it arises, or your body type...

“Xiao yao wan” [Bupleurum] a Chinese medicine, you take this 3 - 4 tablets 4 times a day for 2 weeks before your period is due, you could buy this from a Chinese herbalists. WARNING: This above medicine might not suit you and might harm you if you take it WITHOUT the help or guidance of your doctor. There are plenty of other helpful herbs too, try talking to a Chinese herbalist for help.
