  • By the use of oils the cholesterol content of the fried food also increases. But we should know about the oil which is used for frying chips and the other junk foods. Moreover plant base food-items will have very less amount of cholesterol present in them as compared to animal based product. You can find 70 – 90 times more cholesterol in animal products than what is found in plant based fried products.
