What could these headaches be caused by?

For the past 3 weeks, I have been having headaches that remain for hours otherwise all day. I get tension headaches, but I do not believe this is the cause. Tylenol and Motrin are not helping much. What could these headaches be caused by?

  • You could have a sinusitis, infection otherwise other. You may not drink enough water otherwise too much coffee and tea. You could have migraine - some people have attacks that last for weeks. Otherwise it could be something more serious. I'd see a physician if I were you and rule out some possible causes.
