I want to know how long would green tea take to show these effects?

Okay fine I hear that green tea boosts our metabolism, clears our skin and gives a whole lot of other benefits. But I want to know how long would it take to show these effects? Thanks.

    It’s just one thing that might help. But honestly you must have good nutrition and a good work out program to see better results. Do you know any dietician nearby or search for them and get practical suggestions from them. All the best!
