I have been having chronic neck ache / stiff - on bad days I get a headache too.
I have been having chronic neck ache / stiff - on bad days I get a headache too. I have visited chiropractor / physiotherapist and had acupuncture. It helps, but the condition comes back again. I have also been recommended special pillows but it did not help.

It could be several things. It could be arthritis if it is happening on cold days. Take some Tylenol arthritis. This works real well. It could be just a stiff neck from your pillow otherwise you were sleeping in a weird position. A pain clinic could also do the injections. I do know what you are going threw since I go threw it on a daily basis, and it is not any fun.
