  • Anxiety attacks are where things just keep developing up and your body starts to be anxious about stuffs without realizing it. Panic Attacks are where you identify what triggers it, like you get a panic attack before you give a public speech because of a great fear of public speaking. It’s easier to explain a panic attack than an anxiety attack.
