How would you describe the head injury, along with these signs, in medical terms?
abrham
My friend suffered a violent blow to the head, causing a blank spot in her memory for a period of about 3 weeks. As a result of her injury, she is impulsive, emotionally unstable, and mildly anxious. How would you describe the head injury, along with these signs, in medical terms? Thanks!

Your character simply suffered "blunt trauma to her head" as a result she suffered a three weeks period of "acute amnesia", since the incident occurred your friend sounds like she is suffering from "PTSD" [Post Traumatic Stress Disorder]..
