How would you describe the head injury, along with these signs, in medical terms?

My friend suffered a violent blow to the head, causing a blank spot in her memory for a period of about 3 weeks. As a result of her injury, she is impulsive, emotionally unstable, and mildly anxious. How would you describe the head injury, along with these signs, in medical terms? Thanks!

  • Your character simply suffered "blunt trauma to her head" as a result she suffered a three weeks period of "acute amnesia", since the incident occurred your friend sounds like she is suffering from "PTSD" [Post Traumatic Stress Disorder]..
