Is migraine common in teenagers?

My friend is having migraine. And when she has migraine she will burst into tears unable to bear the pain. Is there any permanent treatment for migraine? Is migraine common in teenagers?

    There are natural remedies available to treat migraines. This treatment includes grape juice and many herbs including outer covering of lemon. And there is treatment for this in acupuncture. Migraine can occur on any body and it is most common in teenagers.
