I am 30 years old. And I am undergoing treatment for maniac symptoms of bipolar. I was diagnosed when my wife noticed unusual behavior changes and an urge for rash driving. After seeing this habit changes, my wife took me to the doctor and after some months of careful analysis I was diagnosed. Doctor said to me that I have bipolar maniac. • Apply few steps to keep your maniac mood changes in control. Completely avoid the use of caffeine; alcohol and smoking in any forms as this induce the maniac episodes. Regular intake of medicines will reduce the maniac episodes. Having regular exercise with a balanced diet will help you to reduce the symptoms and a good night`s sleep will help you to lead a normal life.
