I don’t know that why do I often get angry these day.
I am a mother of two children. My elder son is 16 years old and the younger one is 12 years old. I am not feeling well since some weeks. I am feeling tired and I also feel that dryness in and around me. I am also gaining weight. This is worrying me a lot. I don’t know that why do I often get angry these day. My friend says that these may be the signs for Menopause. A thought of this only brings fear to me and my angriness has also increased. What should I do?

First you should meet the doctor and then you will know about the problem. It cannot be denied that you may be heading towards the Menopause but still you should not be negative. There are ways to control it and meet the doctor to about them and your requirements.
