What should be done to prevent this dwarfism?

My friend is very short and infact everyone in his family is short. Due to this he is recorded as dwarf. Is this a heredity problem and how can this be treated? What should be done to prevent this dwarfism?

The main cause for this dwarfism is due to the genetics. This can be also due to the malnutrition. If this occurs in a family from generations then it is due to the genetics and this cannot be avoided.
