How can this tooth decay be avoided in a natural way?
ElvaFern
My daughter is 12 years old. Recently she had problems in her tooth so I took her to dentist to understand the problem. Dentist told me that she had tooth decay and can be treated easily. How can this be avoided in a natural way?

The way is by having calcium rich diet which can provide healthy bones as well as teeth. You could ask her to have calcium rich foods such as cheese, milk and green leafy vegetables. She also must take good care of her oral hygiene.
