My dad is having hypertension. how do we help him?

My dad is having Hypertension. Some weeks ago he was diagnosed for it. Since a year he was having higher readings in his sphygmomanometer. Of late it was diagnosed for high blood pressure. He has been advised, strictly to control on his stress and it is taking a lot of energy out of him. How do we help him?

  • You can ease his everyday work load, that cause stress in him. This is the best way to reduce his problem. You can encourage him to work on the tasks he enjoys and that has the ability to reduce his stress. This will help him.
