If this is a disorder related to mind how can this be treated?
I am in the mid thirty and I am facing the problem of severe mood changes. Due to this I am in a trouble. What could be the cause for the mood change and would like to know whether is this due to any mental disorder. If this is a disorder related to mind how can this be treated?

The symptoms are similar to the bipolar disorder. If you face these similar changes very often then it better to have an appointment with the doctor for the diagnosis. You can get treated if this is a bipolar and also for other mental ailments if any. Meet the doctor ASAP.
