In recent studies it has been proved that stress is the major cause for the increased symptoms of hives. By changing the lifestyle and by practicing meditation can help him to lower the stress and reduce the risk.

Hives are a response to an allergic reaction in the body. People break out in hives for a variety of reasons; food allergies, allergies to soap, laundry detergent, perfumes and some types of fabrics, such as wool, are common causes of hives. Medication and bee/insect bites or stings also can trigger this reaction. Stress and anxiety can trigger an outbreak of hives, but generally are not the cause. Avoiding the things that cause allergic reactions is the best way to prevent a breakout. Hives can be treated with anti-histamines either taken as a pill or a cream you put on your skin.
