am i suffering from medical depression or is it just laziness or some other thing ...?

I am a sort of depressed and I feel so weighed down in the mornings by the thought of another poor and hence it is too difficult to resist the interest to just sleep all day. Is it a symptom of depression and if so then why does it make one sleepy?

  • Hi,

Figure out the problem that is holding you back. Usually it will be smaller than what you think. Just ignore if it not so important. Be relaxed. Go to bed early, which will improve your sleeping pattern and make you energetic in the morning. Routine exercises help you to gain more strength and prevent laziness. Never be idle in the morning. Never think you can change the world. Try to change yourself. Plan your next day well in advance dividing the timing and the tasks. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Take a well balanced diet. Do not have very tight schedules. After exercising, shower and get dressed and make yourself presentable, which will improve your morale. Medication helps a lot. Good luck.
