Yeah. maybe there is an internal hemorrhage. Too much hemorrhage will lead to loss of blood or if it gets worse, shock. You have to consult tour physician.

if i were to vomit blood i would be concerned too. kyloa is right- you should consult your physician. even if it's just a little bit...
if it's a large amount- don't waste time. this could be dangerous.
anyway- it won't get any better by ignoring it.
