My friend’s sister in law has been diagnosed for Sciatica

My friend’s sister in law has been diagnosed for Sciatica. The pain is starting from the lower part of the body. Due to this radiating pain she is unable to drive her vehicle on her own. How can this pain be reduced?

  • Regular exercise as per the advice from the physiotherapist can help in reducing the pain. Apart from this the regular medication for the pain can also be fruitful.
