Why do people have Panic attacks?

Why do people have Panic attacks?. My friend’s sister has been diagnosed for Panic attacks. She was having depression since some years. It was not going and this led to an increase in stress. She thinks that she is going to have heart attack or she will die. She was not well and why does she has them?

  • People having Panic attacks may have these problems when they are in excess of stress. This could also happen due to their genetics. Genes runs in the family and it could happen though many generations. In danger the people get these Panic attacks. But it is not known that why they get it when there is no danger. It is probably due to the genetics impact or may be due to the formation of habit to take on extra stress and panic around.
