My friend’s sister has been diagnosed for hives. She has got red spots in her face and neck due to this she is feeling irritated. It appears for a week and gets disappears after that. It is happening in an occasional way. When the spots re appear it is creating lot of pain in her what should be done to reduce the pain?

Yet there is no clear reason how the hives are caused. But the symptoms can be treated by medications. But it will of help only for the time being. You must consult a doctor for the treatment of the disease completely.
