My sister is having sinus. I want to get vaccinated for it like polio...

We have been receiving vaccines since our childhood and I would like to know if there are any vaccine for sinus? My sister is having sinus and she suffers from it since many years. She is able to have good control over her sinus by the medicines. But I want to get vaccinated for it like polio.

  • There is vaccine for sinus. And no one knows that who may have it. You are lucky if you get diagnosed in starting stages of sinus. As this may help in reducing the symptoms of sinus and it also helps in good further elevation of stress.

  • I don't know of a vaccine that is given to prevent sinus problems. Sinus infections are usually treated with anti-biotics, decongestants and anti-histamines. Sinus problems caused by allergies (symptoms include: headache, sneezing, post-nasal drip and congestion) are usually very responsive to anti-histamines. I know some people who occasionally get shots to prevent the onset of allergies; but there are no known vaccines to prevent sinus infections.
