I often get mood changes and I am worried regarding this mood changes.

I often get mood changes and I am worried regarding this mood changes. My friends are saying that mood changes may be due to the bipolar disorder. Should I consult a doctor regarding this or will it get treated on its own?

  • This mood changes may or may not be due to the bipolar. It is good for you if you meet a psychiatrist at the earliest. After analyzing he may give you the report regarding this. If it is not bipolar you need not have to worry about that. But if it is then for sure you have to go for the treatment.
