Is there an alternative medicine or treatment available for the hernia I am facing?
I am having hiatus hernia and I am 30 years old. Doctor said to me that I should undergo surgery for the hernia. But I am not willing go for the surgery. Is there an alternative medicine or treatment available for the hernia I am facing?

No need to worry as there is treatment available for the hernia. If it is in the milder form it will get treated on its own. But if it causes discomfort then it can be treated by the acupuncture and herbs to soothe the burning sensation in the stomach. The herbs will also be given like ginger and orange peel for the treatment.
