I would love to know that what can help me in reducing my anger and stress.

I am unable to manage my stress. My friends say that I get angry often and my anger is of higher degree than it should be. Due to stress I cannot control over my anger and it bursts often on someone. I would love to know that what can help me in reducing my anger and stress.

  • Stress management is the only way to reduce both of your problems. A stress can be managed. It requires your own consciousness to reduce this stress and also your understanding of anger. You need to keep understanding that during the times that may stress you or make you anger, you should become more tolerant. Management is learned by self practice and it is not thought or fed.

  • Punching things helps in the short term, broken hands are the only side effect. You could also try the "head against wall" technique in which you repeatedly ram said head against wall. Just a thought. Or you could slow down, think the situation over and choose not to get angry. Everything in life is a choice, you may not seem like a choice, but you do.
