Is there any special diet for asthma that can help asthmatics in reducing their symptoms? My brother has tried for herbals and he feels that he should entertain a change in diet. He just needs to know that which would be helpful.

There is nothing like special diet for people having asthma. But still pulses figs, broccoli, and other green leafy vegetables are helpful in asthma. These foods help in to breathe easily and it also reduces the chances for allergic reactions.
