My friend’s sister has been diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous leukemia a month ago. Doctor said that she is having the initial stage of the cancer and said that chemotherapy can help her to get well soon. Will it be effective in treating her?

If the cancer is in the initial stages then chemotherapy can help her in treating the cancer. But there will be side effects like ulcers due to the heat produced by the medicines which can be treated after the cure of cancer.
