My dad is having Diabetes type 1. Which type of exercise is best suited for his benefit?
JamesS...
My dad is having Diabetes type 1. Last year he was diagnosed for it and since then he is taking doses of insulin every day. I have heard that exercise can help him in lowering the glucose levels and it can also help in releasing the insulin. Which type of exercise is best suited for his benefit?

Exercise can reduce in his levels glucose but it cannot increase in his insulin. Patients of Diabetes type 1 should take insulin injection on regular basis. It is very important for them.
