My friend is complaining of problems she is facing and this includes, muscle pain, fatigue and severe decrease in the energy. She also faces the nausea and constipation problems and feels that this might be due to the fibromyalgia. She is saying this as her mom too had the same problem and was diagnosed for fibromyalgia.

This might be the sure symptoms of the fibromyalgia as the person who has this symptoms are treated for fibromyalgia. I am saying this on my own experience. You must make an appointment with the doctor for the diagnosis of the fibromyalgia.
