Is it possible to get treated completely in chemotherapy without surgery?

My brother in law is diagnosed with bone cancer. He is undergoing the chemotherapy treatment for the bone cancer. And after this doctor has said that bone transplant should be done for the treatment of the cancer completely. Is it possible to get treated completely in chemotherapy without surgery?

  • There treatment for the cancer is based on the step by step procedure. Surgery or transplant after the chemotherapy and the chances for getting treated is possible if the person is only in the initial stages of the cancer.
