What are the signs for food allergy.
What are the signs for food allergy. I mean how they can damage me or my organs. What would I feel if they are going to do that? I know that soy and egg can be allergic. And in my experience I feel that whenever I eat soy I start to have itching of the skin. A close observation has shown no signs of itching from egg. What does it mean?

Hope so that it is not an allergy. But if it is an allergy then you would have had it in a very state of itching and other symptoms, which might have restricted you to eat it. Minor itching cannot be taken as an indication of allergy but still a diagnosis can only confirm. You have to meet the doctor, who can diagnose you.
