what food items should my dad with COPD & heart disease should avoid completely?

My dad has COPD as well as heart disease which may comprise enlarged heart and definitely arrhythmia. I don’t add salt to food. But could you tell me what food items should my dad with COPD & heart disease should avoid completely?

    about heart diseases...low fat, low cholesterol low salt , and some people will say- low taste :)
