My sister has been diagnosed for Anxiety.

My sister has been diagnosed for Anxiety. She has been taking some drugs and the doctor is not sure about her treatment. The doctor has advised her to help her herself. This is the best remedy to increase the speed of her treatment. What else can help her?

  • She can only help her when she knows that what that help she should give to herself and also when she gets clear on the fact that it may make her feel better, for sure. How does this would happen? This would require her to start reading and talking to others and also to discuss her problems with others. A solution to her problem is a treatment for her.
