My grandfather is affected by Down syndrome. He is very much worried about the facial expression due to this syndrome. Is it ok for him to undergo the plastic surgery so that he can get well to normal?

The plastic surgery can be of better help it is not advisable to undergo this without proper advise from the doctor. You can consult with the doctor if he permits then you can go for it.
