Could medicine help me in sleeping? I mean that should I take sleeping pills?

What is the best treatment for Insomnia? I am not sure that whether I am having insomnia or not, but I am not able to sleep during the night time. Could medicine help me in sleeping? I mean that should I take sleeping pills?

  • No, do not take sleeping pills. Try to go for exercise and meditation instead of medications. Try to make yourself tired as this will help in getting sleep for you and also do try to relax your body. This will help in bringing sleep for you. If it doesn’t works then meet the doctor.
