i have bipolar disorder and have been in a depression for almost 6 months.

i am on Effexor, Seroquel, Remeron, and Xanax and now on Lamictal administered slowly. I am afraid I will never get out of this depression.

  • Do not get depressed. See from where your depression is coming. You are thinking that you cannot get well. Right, but you are wrong. You require; informing yourself, educating yourself about bipolar. Once you start to educate yourself about the bipolar disorder then you would understand that the treatment for a bipolar takes a long time. It might take even years. Then how would you make it go quick? The need is of patience. Have some patience. Learn to have patience. You will find yourself getting treated. Ask your doctor on how to have patience and if possible educate yourself.
