Is there a chance that the occasional drinking habit could turn the person in to alcoholism?
My friend is an occasional drinker and I fear that he may turn in to alcoholic. Is there a chance that the occasional drinking habit could turn the person in to alcoholism. If so how can this are avoided in the initial phase?

It all depends on the person and the limit they are consuming if he is an occasional drinker then there is no harm. If this habit continues and he continues drinks a lot then he must b given counseling and treated in the rehab center.
