My friend was having hypoglycemia...
My friend complains of weak and low of energy very often and I took him to the doctor for the diagnosis and he was having hypoglycemia. Doctor has prescribed some medicines. But he needs some other thing from the diet to help him?

The other thing that can help your friend apart from the medicines is exercise and the diet. By doing this regularly he can get treated for the hypoglycemia.
