My sister has been diagnosed for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis six months ago. She is facing stiffened muscles and having the pain radiate to her body. What exercise and therapies will help her to reduce the pain?

For the exercise that has to be prescribed by the physiotherapist. The exercise if you do on your own will lead to the unwanted side effects so it is better to do the exercise under the supervision of the doctor.
