What should be done to help him?
My son often gets bruises and injuries while playing games. He is just 8 years old and I cannot hold him back without playing games. What should be done to help him?

It is natural for the children to get hurt while playing. We cannot hold them the only thing we can do is apply the medicine if necessary. They will take care of themselves once they are grownup.
