Due to bipolar my friend was facing severe episode changes. What do we do now?

My friend is 50 years old and he is diagnosed for bipolar disorder. Due to this he was facing severe episode changes and was involved in several fights in the work place. After knowing the condition his boss asked him to go for the medical leave and get the treatment for the bipolar disorder. What do we do now?

  • Once there is treatment for the bipolar started he will be alright and there will be reduction in the mood changes. So he will able to get into the industry in the given period and his mental health will improve gradually.
