My friend is taking lots of aerated drinks and beer and if I ask him he is saying that beer is helpful for him in building the muscle. Is that true should I try beer like him?

Beer is used to reduce the internal heat but I don’t think in building the body. If you want to build the body then goes for the gym regularly with healthy diet. This for sure will help you to improve your body and tone up your muscles.

No. Beer is high in carbohydrates, but has absolutely no protein. Protein is needed to build muscle, and is necessary if you are trying to increase muscle mass. Beer also contains alcohol, which has no nutritonal value.
