My wife is very weak after her pregnancy. What type of diet can help her to get to normal health? I think the nutritious food can help her but I don’t know what type of food can help her?

Usually the foods that are rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins are really good for her to gain normal health. Apart from them regular walking can also help her to gain normal health with active body.
