My friend says that by the age of around forty, a woman is almost near to her age of menopause. My mom is nearing the age of forty and I am worried about her health after she enters that stage. I want to know that how will this change affect her?

First of all sleep disturbances will start and the environment will be much hotter than it actually is. She will feel of hot than it actually is. She will feel dry and also depressed. These would be the probable signs. But they may differ in different women.
