Are there any natural foods that can be used to reduce the dry eyes?
JackDi...
My dad was diagnosed for the dry eyes and he is getting treatment for the dry eyes. He is working in the software company and the continuous staring of the computer has taken its toll on him. Are there any natural foods that can be used to reduce the dry eyes?

I can say prevention is better than cure. It is better o avoid the over straining of the eyes and reduce the problem. The fruits that can reduce the problems include water melon, grapes, and the fruits that are high in water content.
