yesterday i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.if anybody knows about it here please inform me.

yesterday I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and I heard that if I am diagnosed with this there is a possibility that I can have Thyroid problems too. If anybody knows about it here please inform me. Many thanks.
