  • cholesterol is a major part of the deposits that can narrow arteries throughout your body, including those that supply your heart. a high level of the wrong kind of cholesterol in your blood increases your risk of a heart attack. the cholesterol gets oxygenated and stick to the arteries. so the idea is to lower it's presence and it's oxygenating rate (antioxidants can help here).

  • The high amount cholesterol that is found in your blood indicates for a higher risk to have heart attack. It is not sure that it is the only cause for heart attack. But when you are found to have higher amount of cholesterol then the chances for having attacks, increases. Cholesterol is required by our body but other factor may initiate the process of its clogging. An increased amount of free radicals may initiate the process of cholesterol clogging in the arteries. Not well managed weight, diet, weight and also genetics of the person are contributing factors that may lead to cholesterol clogging.
