Will any exercise help her to get well soon?

My wife has been diagnosed for fibromyalgia by a neurologist. She went to various doctors for the pain she had for many months but no one knew the exact reason for her pain. Finally we went to this doctor who was able to find out the reason. After having medication she is feeling better now. Will any exercise help her to get well soon?

The diagnosis for the fibromyalgia cannot be found in a day or two it take time even for the diagnosis. And it is not easily detected by the general doctors.
