What should be done to reduce the obesity in my brother?

My brother is 10 years old and is obese. Due to this obesity he is having the problem of breathing and I am worried that it may become worse if he grows up what should be done to reduce the obesity in him?

The best way to reduce the obesity in children is to encourage them in the outdoor games as this will naturally help them to reduce the obesity. So encourage your brother in outdoor games activity.
